Designed to support nervous system regulation and build a consistent relationship with the breath, these small group sessions offer an accessible way to deepen your practice over time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs before the class or Wellness Room booking. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a $5 cancellation charge for a class and 50% of the booking for a Wellness Room treatment. No show will forfeit your full payment.
