SLOW FLOWING MOVEMENT THAT BUILDS BALANCE, MOBILITY AND A CALMER MIND - ONE OF THE MOST STUDIED HEALTH PRACTICES IN THE WORLD.

Tai Chi is a time-tested movement practice that combines gentle flowing exercises with mindful breathing and body awareness. It helps develop balance, strength, mobility and coordination while calming the nervous system and supporting overall wellbeing. Whether you're looking to improve movement, manage stress or stay active as you age, Tai Chi offers a sustainable path to lifelong health.

HOW IT WORKS

Classes run for 50 minutes and follow a calm, repeating arc: a gentle warm-up to wake the joints, the slow sequence of tai chi forms, and a short closing practice to settle the body and mind before you head back into your day.

Forms are taught in small, accessible pieces and repeated until they feel familiar - there's no choreography to memorise on the spot.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bare feet, socks or soft flat shoes all work. Our studio is small and welcoming, and your instructor will know your name from session one.
