Are you feeling stressed and need some time to slow down and reconnect? Reconnect to your inner self and discover new ways of moving with others. In these sessions we will explore the calming, regulating practice of dance movement therapy. Listening and attuning to your own body to encourage healing.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs before the class or Wellness Room booking. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a $5 cancellation charge for a class and 50% of the booking for a Wellness Room treatment. No show will forfeit your full payment.
