  • With ACC, insurers, or referrers for claim or referral purposes

ACC-specific information:
If you choose to lodge or receive treatment under an ACC claim, we may collect, use, and disclose relevant personal and health information to Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) for the purposes of claim registration, assessment, treatment approval, progress reporting, and payment. This information is shared in accordance with ACC requirements and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

Storage and security of information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure. This includes:

  • Secure electronic practice management systems

  • Password-protected access to clinical records

  • Secure storage of any physical records

  • Access limited to authorised practitioners and staff only
