Service Description
Red and near-infrared light (NIR) are wavelengths of light that are bioactive in humans, they positively affect the function of our cells making them more efficient by increasing mitochondria. 30 minute Red light therapy session, 20 minutes of light time.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs before the class or Wellness Room booking. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a $5 cancellation charge for a class and 50% of the booking for a Wellness Room treatment. No show will forfeit your full payment.
