Service Description

This class integrates use of our wall-mounted Springboards with classical Pilates mat work, delivering a supported resistance workout that targets the whole body. Pilates strengthens, stabilises and lengthens your body's spine, joints and muscles, with a focus on core stability, increasing mobility, and improving posture, coordination and endurance. ​Our classes are small and personalised, so all participants receive individual attention and practical results.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs before the class or Wellness Room booking. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a $5 cancellation charge for a class and 50% of the booking for a Wellness Room treatment. No show will forfeit your full payment.
