Use eye pillow as a soothing heat compress for dry eye relief. It can also be used as a heat therapy cushion for sore neck to relax muscle tensions, belly, chest, etc. We recommend to microwave it for approx 20 seconds, ideally, but not necessary with a small container of water so that the steam protects the cushion’s filling. Test it first, and if it’s too hot, allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Simply place the eye pillow for 1-2 hours in a fridge to chill. It will now be a cold compress to reduce the appearance of puffy eyes and dark circles. It can also help to relieve migraine, sinus and allergic eyes. Or just use it for relaxation after long hours of staring at screens. We recommend to put the eye pillow in a plastic bag and then place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
